Is there a minimum quantity I have to order?
There is no minimum order. If you require a quote please email us.
Once I have placed an order, can I request additional invitations later?
Yes, you can order more later! I recommend buying 10 more than required if you are unsure when placing your order. This way, you are not paying for shipping twice.
How do I receive the invitations/stationery order?
All products are sent via mail. They are insured and require a signature when delivered. This way, you are not paying for shipping twice.
How long does it take to receive my invitations?
Once you have ordered your invitations, you will receive a pdf proof via email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), to confirm if ANY changes are necessary. A confirmation email must be returned to erin@mycreativeclassics.com. Once this confirmation is received, you will have your invitations within two weeks.
I would prefer to see a sample of my invitation before all of them are made and sent, is this possible?
Yes. You will receive a proof sent to your email within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). Make sure to confirm if ANY changes are necessary. IF there are any spelling errors that go beyond this proof, unnoticed by the customer, it will be at their cost.
If you require a final sample mailed to you:
It is a five dollar charge to have an invitation sample mailed to you. Please remember, this will delay the printing of all invitations. We will not print your order until a confirmation email has been received.
How far in advance should I be ordering invitations?
Invitations should be sent out 2 months prior to the wedding date, in order for reply cards to be returned a month before the wedding. This means invitations should be ordered at least three months in advance of the wedding date.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
If you want to create a design other than what is available on our website, contact erin@mycreativeclassics.com and write in asking for a special request. We will get back to you within 24 hours with an answer. We specialize in creating new and brilliant designs!
If I would like a personal consultation face-to-face, is this possible?
If you live within the York Region area and require a face-to-face consultation, it is possible to meet up. Please contact us for further details.
May you recommend a photographer for my special event?
Yes. I recommend Amanda Williams Photography. Visit her website at www.amandawilliamsphotography.ca Conveniently, we can use these same photos for our wedding thank you cards and baby announcements.
What happens if I am unsatisfied with the quality?
